This is an amazing shot, and very beautiful as well. Her eyes are quite breathtaking, and very bright. The carpet and the furniture behind her bring out the color of her eyes quite well.

I especially like the position you caught her in for this picture. Very impressive, you must have waited quite some time to get the best shot possible.

Only thing that I can think of that would have made this better would be a different Depth of Field, maybe focusing more on the cats than on the entire scene. Would have softened up the background a bit.
